We have you covered throughout your new home building process by meeting multiple times with our construction and client care staff. Construction staff will meet with you at the beginning of your new home journey, at the rough-in walkthrough stage, again when cabinets are installed and when you take possession. Additional client care staff meet with you before you take possession, also at possession, plus after you take possession (2 months and 11 months after):
